Description
Ca' d'Zan, which means "House of John" is the mansion built and once owned by John and Mable Ringling, owner of the Ringling Circus. Prior to the Great Depression, John Ringling was the richest man in the world. His wife, Mable, managed the entire building project and was personally responsible for every one of the hundreds of beautiful design details in this stunning mansion on Sarasota Bay in Sarasota, Florida. The huge and very lovely grounds are open to the public at no charge and the incredible mansion can be toured for a fee. If you visit Sarasota, Ca' d'Zan is a must-see. This original photograph has been digitally painted as a watercolor by the photographer/artist and is signed and year-dated. Another version of this same photograph with a digital watercolor painting effect is also available in this gallery.See which version you like best!
