A Great White Egret visiting a beach neighborhood garden on Lido Key, Florida. These beautiful birds live throughout Florida, breeding in large, mixed species colonies on Mangrove islands in Sarasota Bay and elsewhere. This one was likely looking for a good dinner of Gecko. He looked so beautiful against the lush greens and colorful flowers in this seaside garden.
