Anna Maria Island, in Southwest Florida, faces the Gulf of Mexico and is the perfect place to find a quiet, tropical paradise for a solitary beach walk. Here, you'll fall in love with the palms, sea grasses, sugar-white sand, abundant sunshine, and turquoise water that beach dreams are made of. The original photograph, taken in May of 2013, has been digitally watercolored and signed by the photographer/artist.

My first passion is photographing the coastal scenes, birds, and wildlife that surround me on Florida's Gulf Coast. My second passion is creating digital art using my photographs as a starting point.
