Description
Sarasota, Florida has a huge number of lovely vintage houses in what some call "Old Florida Style." Typically, this style is Italian Renaissance, as this is, but there are coastal cottage styles, bungalows, and many other styles from the 1920s through the 1950s. This example was photographed in the downtown area known as "Laurel Park", where there are strict rules in place for maintaining the historic homes. You'll find some of these same original photographs in this same gallery but which have been digitally watercolored to add to the vintage feel.
