The walkway that runs right along Sarasota Bay at the Ringling Mansion is a beautiful, peaceful place. On this evening, a brilliant sunset of yellows, oranges, and lavenders lit up the bay. The John and Mable Ringling Mansion (aka Ca' d'Zan, which means House of John) in Sarasota, is a wonderful treasure! The huge grounds surrounding the mansion are amazing, with forests of Banyan trees, a rose garden, ponds, and lovely walkways. The mansion itself can be toured for a look back to the 1920s, and the museum with its huge art collection left by John Ringling is astonishing in size and content. There's also a wonderful circus museum that is a must see for visitors to the Sarasota, Florida area.
